There is no substitute for physical access to the server on which our websites are running.  Particularly not for eCommerce and other websites with a database and application logic.  CIT hosts most of our websites for this reason.  Since we have the servers, we host ordinary websites too, it costs less and the money we save can be applied to making your websites better. We have servers in Enfield and East Hartford CT so if the power goes off, your website does not. We use both Cox and Comcast so neither company can interrupt our service for more than a few minutes.
